Unfortunately, due to the narrow streets and traditional layout of Marrakech’s old Medina, parking inside the Kasbah area is not allowed. However, you can easily park just outside the Kasbah gate, where a public parking area is available. From there, our spa is only a short walk away.

Most spas recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your appointment. You will typically change into a robe and slippers provided by the spa before your treatment. If you’re using spa facilities like a pool or sauna, swimwear is appropriate.

We understand that plans can change. To best accommodate all our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Your safety and comfort are our priority. Please inform your therapist in advance about any allergies, medical conditions, or skincare sensitivities. We will customize your treatment with suitable products and techniques to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, to secure your preferred time and therapist. However, we also welcome walk-in clients when availability allows.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to relax, complete any necessary consultation forms, and begin your experience in a calm, unhurried manner.
